Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Operations Manager to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position will lead and optimize daily operations supporting AI server testing and repair. In this role, you will manage a team of technicians, oversee service delivery, and ensure operational excellence. Job Duties:
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of repair and testing technicians.
- Develop schedules, assign tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and discipline, and handle terminations in accordance with company policies.
Operations & Strategy
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality control guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and production teams for accurate material accounting.
- Ensure effective repair procedures including failure analysis, liquid cooling systems, and stress testing.
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns.
- Build strong client relationships by setting clear expectations and delivering results.
- Foster collaboration across departments and build internal alliances to support business goals.
Performance & Process Improvement
- Track and report on KPIs such as turnaround time, repeat repair rates, and first pass yield.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage industry best practices to optimize testing, repair, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years in an operations management role within a technical or production environment.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in server/computer repair, networking, or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong background in customer service, leadership, and team development.
- Familiarity with budgeting, P&L statements, and cash flow management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
